QUEENS - An MTA train conductor who tried to break up a fight at a Queens subway station was himself attacked, cops said.  


At around midnight on May 20, a 36-year-old conductor was on duty when he saw a fight between two men on the Jamaica Center train platform at the Parsons Boulevard/Archer Avenue train station. 




Cops said when the conductor went to break up the fight, one of the men punched him in the face. The attacker then ran out of the station.




The NYPD released surveillance video of the suspect taken at the turnstiles.  


The suspect is described as a male with a dark complexion who is between the ages of 35 and 40, slim build and 180 pounds. He was last seen wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt, grey jeans and a black du-rag.
