QUEENS, NY - The NYPD is asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect wanted in connection with an armed robbery that targeted a food delivery worker in Astoria earlier this month.

According to police, the robbery occurred on Monday, January 12, 2026, at approximately 7:10 p.m., in front of 41-13 12 Street, within the confines of the NYPD’s 114 Precinct. A 26-year-old male victim was making a food delivery when he was approached by an unidentified individual.

Police say the suspect displayed a firearm and forcibly stole the victim’s wallet and two-wheeled vehicle. After the robbery, the suspect fled the scene northbound on 12th Street using the stolen vehicle. Authorities confirmed that no injuries were reported as a result of the incident.
