QUEENS - A Queens robbery crew used guns, knives and fists to strike multiple times throughout Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, the NYPD said.


 


Police released new surveillance video of two suspects wanted in connection with a series of robberies including three on Christmas Eve and two on Christmas Day. 


The first robbery happened at around 10:45 pm on December 24. A 46-year-old male was in the vicinity of 40-27 97 Street. A man ran up to him and pushed him to the ground. He then forcibly removed the victim’s cellphone before running off. 




Less than an hour later the same man and accomplice struck. On 41-04 Forley Street, the two robbers approached a 58-year-old man and pulled a gun on him. They removed the victim’s wallet and ran off. 


Hours later the same crew struck at 37-76 Junction Boulevard. The two robbers ran up behind a 43-year-old male and punched him throughout the body. They then stole his property and ran off. 


At around midnight on Christmas Day, the robbers ran up to a 42-year-old man in the vicinity of 102-14 Roosevelt Avenue. One of the robbers pulled out a knife and cut the left pocket of the victim’s jacket. They then removed his cellphone and wallet. The robbers hopped on a bicycle and road off on Roosevelt Avenue. 



At around 3:30 am on Christmas, the robbers ran up to a 42-year-old male in the vicinity of 37-41 81 Street and punched him in the stomach. They stole his wallet and ran off. 


At around 5:30 am December 26, the robbers ran up to a 29-year-old male. One of the suspects punched the victim while the other pushed him to the ground. Then one of the crooks displayed a knife and ordered the victim to hand over his property. 





At around midnight on December 27, the robbers ran up to a 55-year-old male and put him in a chokehold in the vicinity of 35 Avenue and 90 Street. When the victim struggled, the other robber pulled out a knife and removed the victim’s property. The crooks then hopped on a moped and rode away. 


The latest attack happened at around 9:30 pm on January 15. A  36-year-old male was walking in the vicinity of 95-15 41 Avenue when the robbers ran up to him. One of the crooks pushed the victim up against the door, while the other displayed a knife. They took the victim’s property and ran away. 


The first suspect is described as a male with a light complexion and a slim build. He was last seen wearing a black jacket with a blue backpack. 





The second suspect is a male with long hair and slim build. He was last seen wearing dark-colored clothing.
