QUEENS, NY - He’s got 99 problems but a burger isn’t one. Cops are looking for a pair of gunmen who stuck up a takeout joint in Queens including a Jay-Z fan.
According to police, the robbery happened on Thursday, February 26, 2026, at approximately 3:00 pm inside a food takeout joint at 106-13 Guy R Brewer Boulevard.
Investigators say two unidentified men entered the business and quickly escalated the situation, turning it into an armed robbery commercial establishment Queens.
One of the suspects allegedly displayed a firearm, threatening a 29-year-old male employee. The second individual assisted as cash was taken from both the register and an office drawer. In total, approximately $1,500 was stolen during the incident.
Despite the presence of a weapon, no injuries were reported, and the victim was not physically harmed.
After the robbery, the suspects fled northbound on Guy R Brewer Boulevard on foot. Police say they then entered a gray Toyota Highlander and drove off.
