Police say the suspects punched her in the face and forcibly removed a chain from her neck before fleeing along Hillside Avenue. The victim suffered minor injuries but declined medical attention. About a week later, on April 14 at around 11:00 p.m., a second incident occurred in front of 143-17 Hillside Avenue. This time, the victim was a 59-year-old man. The victim sustained a broken ankle and was transported to Jamaica Hospital Medical Center, where he was listed in stable condition.
