Crooks Pull Knife on Man Outside Library

NEW YORK - The NYPD released surveillance video of a pair of baby-faced thieves who pulled a knife on their victim outside a Queens library. 


At around 1 am on October 22, a 38-year-old man was walking outside the Queens Library on 104th Street. Cops said two young suspects ran up to him, pulled out a knife and placed the blade against the victim’s stomach. The other suspect rumaged through the victim’s pockets and removed a wallet and credit cards. 


The two robbers then ran off in an unknown direction.


Investigators scoured surveillance video and found the two suspects from inside a local grocery store. 


Police are asking for the public’s help in trying to catch the alleged crooks. 


The first suspect is described as a male with a medium complexion and thin build. He was last seen wearing a black baseball cap and black “North Face” jacket. 


The second suspect is described as a female with a medium complexion and dark hair. She was last seen wearing sunglasses and a black “North Face” jacket.

The victim has been identified as 19-year-old Curtis Moe of Brooklyn. An investigation revealed that Moe was shot in the chest in front of 178-16 Leslie Road.

At around 5:45 pm on March 12, a 26-year-old male was standing in front of 76-07 160th Street. Cops said a man in a black coat and a black face covering ran up and pulled out a gun. The gunman fired multiple rounds at the victim but missed. The gunman then ran away on in an unknown direction. However, cops recovered surveillance video of the suspect from a nearby house. The suspect is described as an 18-year-old male with a medium complexion and thin build. He was last seen wearing all black clothing, black face covering, multi-color sneakers and black book bag. Muggers Attack Man with Pliers on Subway

Toolbox Muggers Attack Man on F Train The NYPD is searching for these men in connection with an assault and robbery of a straphanger using pliers. -Photo by NYPD By Dan Gesslein Queens Voice April 24, 2024 QUEENS - A Queens subway rider was beaten and robbed by a pair of attackers who displayed a knife and a pair of pliers, cops said.  At around 8 pm on April 20, a 20-year-old man was onboard an F Train in Queens. As the train was pulling in to the Hillside Avenue/179 Street Subway Station, two men approached the straphanger.  Cops said one of the men pulled out a knife, the other pulled out a pair of pliers. The attackers then began punching and kicking the straphanger. They also beat the man with the pliers, cops said. The attackers went on to forcibly removed the victim’s cellphone and wallet.  When the train stopped at the station, the attackers ran out of the subway car and fled the station.  EMS rushed the victim to Jamaica Hospital Medical Center where was listed in stable cond
