QUEENS - Cops are looking for the female passenger who slashed a Queens cabbie stopped outside a church.
At around 2 am on February 11, a cabbie drove his car in Elmhurst to a stop outside a church at 89-00 23 Avenue. Cops said when the cabbie asked for payment, his female passenger pulled out a knife and slashed the driver in the neck, causing severe bleeding.
The slasher then jumped out of the cab and ran eastbound on 23 Avenue.
EMS rushed the cabbie to NYC Health + Hospitals/Elmhurst where he was treated and is listed in stable condition.
The NYPD released surveillance video of the suspect who is described as a female with a light complexion with long dark hair or possibly a wig. She was last seen wearing pink pants, white boots, a white shirt, and was carrying a yellow handbag.
