QUEENS - Robbers slashed a pair of Queens teens when they robbed the victims’ moped, cops said.
At around 11:20 am on May 3, a 15-year-old male and a 19-year-old male were on a residential block in Fresh Meadows. Cops said two men approached the teens and demanded their moped. When the teens refused the robbers began slashing.
Cops said one of the victims was slashed on his left shoulder and the other was slashed on the right hand. The attackers then forced the victims off the moped. The slashers mounted the scooter and rode off.
The NYPD released cellphone video of the suspects. The first suspect is described as a male with a medium complexion and slim build. He was last seen wearing a black hoodie with the Nike logo on the left corner of the chest. He also wore black sweatpants.
The second suspect is described as a male with a light complexion and a slim build. He was last seen wearing a blue hat, black sweatshirt, black facemask, green gloves, and grey sweatpants.
