QUEENS - A deranged woman attacked an Uber driver by beating and biting him before stealing his car, cops said. 



At around 11:20 pm on October 10, a 52-year-old Uber driver pulled up in front of 241-27 86 Avenue, in Bellrose waiting for a passenger. Cops said suddenly a woman climbed into the passenger seat and began attacking the driver. 


The woman repeatedly punched the driver in the face and throughout the body, cops said. She then bit him in the back and pushed the driver out of the car. 


The attacker then got behind the wheel of the Uber and drove off.  However, the would be carjacker did not get far. Cops said the attacker struck multiple parked cars before slamming into a tree.  



The driver was taken to Long Island Jewish Medical Center where he was treated and was listed in stable condition.


The NYPD released dash cam video from inside the Uber then showed the woman climb into the car and then attack the driver.  


The suspect is described as a female with a medium complexion. She is 5 feet tall and 180 pounds.
