Teenage Girl Reports Inappropriate Touching on Subway: Police Investigating

QUEENS LOCAL NEWS - A troubling incident aboard a New York City subway train has left a 15-year-old girl shaken. The NYPD released surveillance photo of a suspect, they say, groped a teenage girl as she rode the subway.
On October 27, 2025, around 3:00 pm, the teen was seated on a southbound "L" train, approaching the Myrtle/Wyckoff Avenues subway station, when a man allegedly sat next to her and touched her inappropriately.
According to reports, the man placed both of his hands beneath the victim’s buttocks while she was sitting. Startled and clearly upset, the victim quickly fled the train at the next stop.
The suspect, however, remained on board and was last seen riding the train, disappearing into the crowd.
The NYPD released surveillance video from inside the train and the train platform. The suspect has a light complexion. He has a gray beard and black mustache. short black hair and black glasses. He was last seen wearing a black jacket, botton down shirt, dark pants and wearing a gray backpack.
