Cops Looking for Subway Sex Fiend in Queens

QUEENS, NY - Cops are looking for a man who sexually assaulted a woman waiting for a train in Rego Park.
According to police, the incident took place on Sunday, March 22, 2026, at approximately 8:20 a.m. on the southbound platform of the 63rd Drive–Rego Park subway station in Queens, located within the confines of the 112 Precinct and Transit District 20.
Authorities say a 20-year-old woman was waiting on the platform when an unidentified man approached her from behind and allegedly grabbed her buttocks. The situation quickly escalated when the suspect pushed the victim against a wall, attempted to kiss her, and tried to grab her groin over her clothing.
Police report that the suspect fled the station shortly afterward and remains at large. Fortunately, the victim did not sustain any physical injuries during the incident.
The individual being sought is described as a male with a light complexion, slim build, and short hair. At the time of the incident, he was last seen wearing a blue and white sweatshirt, blue jeans, and white sneakers.
Investigators have released media showing the suspect and are urging anyone who may recognize him to come forward in the Queens subway sexual abuse suspect identification case.
