QUEENS - A $10,000 Reward is being offered to catch a man who sexually assaulted a 13-year-old girl in front of her friend. The NYPD released sketches of the suspect and his tattoo.




At around 3:30 pm on June 13, a man approached a 13-year-old girl and her 13-year-old male friend inside Kissena Park. Cops said the man pulled out a “machete” sized knife and forced the children into a wooded area. 




In the woods he tied the children with their shoelaces and he sexually assaulted the girl.


The suspect is described as a Hispanic male who is 5 foot 5 with curly hair. He was last seen wearing wearing red sneakers and carrying a green backpack. He appeared to have dental braces on his teeth and had a tattoo of a boar or a bull with red eyes on his chest.

Teen Shot in Face Sitting in Car in Queens

Gunmen Fire Multiple Rounds into Car with Teen Inside The NYPD is searching for these two men in connection with a double shooting in which a teen was shot in the face. -Photo by NYPD By Dan Gesslein  Queens Voice  June 12, 2024  QUEENS - A 15-year-old boy was shot in the face while sitting in a a car in Queens. Cops said the teen was wounded, along with another man, when two gunmen opened fire on a parked car.  At around 7:30 pm on June 11, a 23-year-old male and a 15-year-old male were sitting in a Mercedes Benz parked on the corner of 183 Street and 143 Avenue in Springfield Gardens. Cops said two men walked up behind the Mercedes, pulled out guns and opened fire.  A bullet struck the teen in the face. The 23-year-old suffered a gunshot wound to the leg.  After firing multiple rounds, the gunmen ran off.  The 15 year old was rushed to Cohen Children’s Medical Center where he is listed in stable condition.
