The NYPD released sketches of the suspect and his tattoo. At around 3:30 pm on June 13, a man approached a 13-year-old girl and her 13-year-old male friend inside Kissena Park. Cops said the man pulled out a “machete” sized knife and forced the children into a wooded area. In the woods he tied the children with their shoelaces and he sexually assaulted the girl. The suspect is described as a Hispanic male who is 5 foot 5 with curly hair. He was last seen wearing wearing red sneakers and carrying a green backpack.
