Airport Employee Pled Guilty to Using Cell Phone in Bathroom Stalls File Photo Subscribe in a reader Queens District Attorney Melinda Katz announced that Samuel Rodriguez, 39, was sentenced to six months in jail after pleading guilty to using his cell phone to secretly record “pretty girls” using a public restroom at LaGuardia Airport where he worked in December 2018.
