The new photos show the suspect without a mask covering his face. Cops say the man on the surveillance video is the one who slashed a Brazilian tourist across the neck with a knife. The new video shows the suspect without a face mask so he could smoke a cigarette. At around 10:30 am on February 15, a 29-year-old tourist from Brazil was standing on the mezzanine level of the Queens Plaza subway station on the "E, M, R" line.
