This time the migrant was arrested as part of a shoplifting crew that assaulted a security guard in Queens, the NYPD said. Cops arrested 19-year-old Darwin Andres Gomez-Izquiel for shoplifting at a Macy’s in the Queens Center Mall.  At around 3:30 pm yesterday a crew of four people walked into the Macys and took merchandise off the rack and placed them in a bag. As the members tried to leave the store without paying, a store security guard stopped the group at the door.  Cops said the shoplifters struggled with the guard and members punched the guard in the face.   The shoplifters ran out of the st
