Man Fatally Stabbed Girlfriend in Her Bar - Prosecutors Say A Queens man has been charged in the murder of S arah McNally at a local bar. -Facebook By Dan Gesslein Queens Voice April 4, 2024 QUEENS - Prosecutors charged a Queens man with murder after he allegedly stabbed his girlfriend to death and then slit his own throat. Marcin Pieciak, 36, was charged in the murder of his girlfriend 41-year-old Sarah McNally. Prosecutors said Pieciak went to the bar where McNally worked and fatally stabbed her in front of customers. Pieciak was charged with murder in the second degree and two counts of criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree. “This as an attack that shocked the community,” said Queens District Attorney Melinda Katz. “It was unprovoked and a devastating loss for the family.
