The suspect and his mother have been charged in the murder of a Queens man over $350 in car repiars.  Raymond Jackson, 22, has been extradicted to New York and faces murder charges. Jackson has been on the run since September in connection with the shooting death of a Queens man.  Jackson’s mother had been charged for her alledged part in the murder after she was arrested during a traffic stop.
