The NYPD released surveillance video of the suspect who is believed to have robbed the mailboxes of the same building three times last month. Investigators said the suspect walked into the lobby of an apartment building on the corner of 51st Street and Skillman Avenue at around midnight on February 5. Cops said the man broke into a mailbox and removed a box containing a bank checkbook. The same suspect struck again at around 2:44 am on February 10 at the same building.
