At around 3 am on September 16, a 36-year-old man was riding a southbound E Train that was approaching the 71 Ave-Forest Hills subway station. Cops said a man walked up to him and started to rummage through the straphanger’s pockets trying to steal his property. The victim pushed him off and then pulled out his cellphone to record.
