In one case a woman was punched and dragged for her purse. -Photo by NYPD By Dan Gesslein Queens Voice May 22, 2024 QUEENS - Cops are searching for a scooter riding purse snatching crew in Queens which hit two victims in a three-hour period. At around 7:25 pm on May 7, a 50-year-old woman was walking home when she was approached by a moped in front of 38-14 30th Street. Cops said the moped pulled up and the suspect on the back grabbed the woman’s purse off her shoulder and then took off. The victim sustained lacerations to her hand but refused medical attention.
