A gunman decked out in Black Matter gear robbed a Queens gas station and now the NYPD is searching for him and two other men wearing equally attention grabbing fashion.
At around 8:55 pm on July 23, two men walked into the Mobil Gas Station at 32-09 21 Street. They displayed a black handgun and walked behind the sales counter. The robbers ordered the 65-year-old clerk to hand over cash.
The stickup artists removed $450 from the cash register and the victim’s cell phone.
Police released photos taken from a surveillance camera. One of the suspects is seen wearing a black baseball cap and t-shirt with the words “Black Lives Matter” on both. He was also wearing dark shorts and black and white sneakers. He was wearing a black mask at the time.
The other suspect is a bald man with an athletic build. He was seen wearing a bright orange shirt with an American flag and what appears to be a bull placed over the flag. He also wore red shorts, black sneakers and sported a black mask as well.
Police just released a photo of a third suspect. The man sported black hair braided in a bun. He was seen wearing a black t-shirt with the words "POLO SPORT" in front of it, black sweat pants with white stripes on the sides and black sneakers.
