QUEENS - A sneaker thief was caught on surveillance video stealing 20 pairs of kicks from a house in Bayside, Queens. 


At around 4:30 am on December 2, a home surveillance camera recorded a man crawling through the backyard of a home on Bay Street. The man hops over a fence and then proceeds to gain entrance to the home through an open window. 


Cops said the man removed 20 pairs of sneakers and jewelry before fleeing from the home. Cops said the 20 pairs of sneakers are valued at $2,000. A white gold cross medallion is valued at $800.
