Gunman Steals $1,500 Worth of Smokes, Weed Products from Smoke Shop

QUEENS - A gunman was caught on surveillance video sticking up a Queens smoke shop for smokes and weed products, the NYPD said. 


At around 10 am on December 8, a man wearing a black hoodie walked into a smoke shop on Jamaica Avenue. Store surveillance video shows the man pointing a gun at the store employee demanding cash. 


The suspect is then seen on video hopping over the counter and removing cash, cigarettes and marijuana products. He then fled the store without incident. 


Cops said the robber stole $1,360 worth of cigarettes, $808 worth of marijuana products and an undetermined amount of cash. 




The suspect is described as a male with a dark complexion who is between the ages of 18 and 25. He has a thin build and is 5 foot 8. He was last seen wearing grey sweatpants, a black hoodie, a ring on his right-hand index finger and a black ski mask.
