QUEENS - Cops are searching for a scooter riding purse snatching crew in Queens which hit two victims in a three-hour period. 




At around 7:25 pm on May 7, a 50-year-old woman was walking home when she was approached by a moped in front of 38-14 30th Street. Cops said the moped pulled up and the suspect on the back grabbed the woman’s purse off her shoulder and then took off.




The victim sustained lacerations to her hand but refused medical attention.

Three hours later the same crew struck again. 


Cops said a 38-year-old woman was walking home and was in front of 88-10 88th Street. The robbers rode up on the scooter and punched the victim in the face. The attacker dragged her on the ground before yanking the purse off her arm. He then hopped back on the scooter and the pair drove away. 





Cops said the victim sustained minor injuries to her face, knee and elbow but refused medical attention.
