The NYPD released sketches of the suspect and his tattoo. At around 3:30 pm on June 13, a man approached a 13-year-old girl and her 13-year-old male friend inside Kissena Park. Cops said the man pulled out a “machete” sized knife and forced the children into a wooded area.  In the woods he tied the children with their shoelaces and he sexually assaulted the girl. The suspect is described as a Hispanic male who is 5 foot 5 with curly hair. He was last seen wearing wearing red sneakers and carrying a green backpack. Gunmen Fire Multiple Rounds into Car with Teen Inside The NYPD is searching for these two men in connection with a double shooting in which a teen was shot in the face. -Photo by NYPD By Dan Gesslein  Queens Voice  June 12, 2024  QUEENS - A 15-year-old boy was shot in the face while sitting in a a car in Queens. Cops said the teen was wounded, along with another man, when two gunmen opened fire on a parked car.  At around 7:30 pm on June 11, a 23-year-old male and a 15-year-old male were sitting in a Mercedes Benz parked on the corner of 183 Street and 143 Avenue in Springfield Gardens. Cops said two men walked up behind the Mercedes, pulled out guns and opened fire.  A bullet struck the teen in the face. The 23-year-old suffered a gunshot wound to the leg.  After firing multiple rounds, the gunmen ran off.  The 15 year old was rushed to Cohen Children’s Medical Center where he is listed in stable condition. Woman Raped at Knifepoint in Queens

NYPD Searching for Rapist  The NYPD is searching for this man in connection with a rape inside a Queens store. -Photo by NYPD By Dan Gesslein  Queens Voice  June 5, 2024  QUEENS - A woman was raped at knifepoint inside a store in Queens, cops said. The NYPD has released new video of the suspect.  At around 10 pm on May 30, a 37-year-old woman was inside a commercial building in the vicinity of 162nd Street and Northern Boulevard in Murray Hill.  Cops said the suspect entered the store, approached the woman and pulled out a knife. The man threatened the woman and then raped her.  After sexually assaulting her, the attacker took money and property from the victim before running out of the store.  The victim was rushed to New York-Presbyterian Queens where she was listed in stable condition.  The NYPD released surveillance video of the suspect walking down the street, near the crime, with another man.  The suspect is described ...

MTA Conductor Attacked at Jamaica Center Station The NYPD is looking for this man in connection with an attack on an MTA conductor at Jamaica station. -Photo by NYPD By Dan Gesslein Queens Voice June 5, 2024 QUEENS - An MTA train conductor who tried to break up a fight at a Queens subway station was himself attacked, cops said.   At around midnight on May 20, a 36-year-old conductor was on duty when he saw a fight between two men on the Jamaica Center train platform at the Parsons Boulevard/Archer Avenue train station.  Cops said when the conductor went to break up the fight, one of the men punched him in the face. The attacker then ran out of the station. The NYPD released surveillance video of the suspect taken at the turnstiles.   The suspect is described as a male with a dark complexion who is between the ages of 35 and 40, slim build and 180 pounds.
