Crashes Stolen Car The NYPD is searching for this woman who alledly attacked an Uber driver and stole his vehicle. -Photo by NYPD  By Dan Gesslein Queens Voice October 18, 2024 QUEENS - A deranged woman attacked an Uber driver by beating and biting him before stealing his car, cops said.  At around 11:20 pm on October 10, a 52-year-old Uber driver pulled up in front of 241-27 86 Avenue, in Bellrose waiting for a passenger. Cops said suddenly a woman climbed into the passenger seat and began attacking the driver.  The woman repeatedly punched the driver in the face and throughout the body, cops said. She then bit him in the back and pushed the driver out of the car.  The attacker then got behind the wheel of the Uber and drove off.  However, the would be carjacker did not get far. Sex Attack in Front of High-End Condo Construction Site The NYPD is searching for this man in connection with a sexual assault in front of a mult-million dollar condo construction site. -Photo by NYPD By Dan Gesslein  Queens Voice  October 17, 2024  QUEENS - A Flushing woman was groped in broad daylight as she stood in front of a construction site of a multi-million dollar high-rise condo going up, cops said.  At around 3 pm on September 26, a 34-year-old woman was standing in front of a construction site at 138-18 Northern Boulevard. Cops said a man walked up to her on the street and grabbed her breast.  The groper then ran north on Northern Boulevard.   The NYPD released surveillance video of the suspect which was captured in front of the construction site.  The attack occurred in front of a $220 million high-rise condo development which is set to be completed in June 2025.  The suspect is described as an older male with a medium complexion. Subway Passenger Takes Beating After Trying to Record Thief The NYPD is searching for this man in connection with an assault on a Queens subway car. Cops said the suspect used a skateboard (Far Left) to assault a man he was allegedly trying to rob. -Photo by NYPD By Dan Gesslein Queens Voice October 16, 2024 QUEENS - A brazen thief beat a straphanger in the head with a skate board when the man tried to stop him from robbing him on a Queens train, cops said.  At around 3 am on September 16, a 36-year-old man was riding a southbound E Train that was approaching the 71 Ave-Forest Hills subway station. Cops said a man walked up to him and started to rummage through the straphanger’s pockets trying to steal his property.  The victim pushed him off and then pulled out his cellphone to record.  Unafraid, the suspect walked over to another passenger and took his skateboard. Video: Cell Phone Store Stick Up Men The NYPD is searching for two men who robbed a Jamaica cell phone store. -Photo by NYPD By Dan Gesslein Queens Voice October 15, 2024 QUEENS - A pair of covid-mask wearing bandits robbed a cell phone store in Jamaica by threatening the lone female employee, cops said.  The NYPD released surveillance video of the masked suspects from last month’s robbery.  At around 8 pm on September 25, two men dressed in hoodies, paper masks and surgical gloves walked into the Total Wireless store at 159-08 Hillside Avenue. Cops said the men walked up to the 23-year-old employee and “threatened her.”  The men then ripped iPhones off displays and raided the till. Gunmen Stick Up Ball Player The NYPD is searching for a pair of thieves who robbed a Queens man at gunpoint on a basketball court. -Photo by NYPD By Dan Gesslein  Queens Voice October 3, 2024 QUEENS - Cops are looking for a pair of moped riding thieves who stuck up a Queens man at gunpoint on the basketball court. At around noon on September 25, a 25-year-old male was playing on the basketball court at London Planetree Playground on Atlantic in Woodhaven. Cops said the moped rode up on the basketball court and the passenger pulled a gun on the ball player. The robber then ripped two chains off the victim’s neck and had him hand over $100 in cash. The pair of robbers then rode off northbound on 89 Street. The NYPD released surveillance video of the suspects who were seen riding a blue moped.  The suspects are two males with medium complexions and thin builds. Both wore paper face masks and hoodies. Pink Pants Wearing Vandal Cuts Up Pride Flag The NYPD is searching for this man who stole and cut up a pride flag in Flushing. -Photo by NYPD By Dan Gesslein  Queens Voice  October 2, 2024  QUEENS - Cops are looking for a man who was caught on video cutting up an LGBTQ flag he allegedly stole from a bar.  At around 2:30 pm on September 6, the suspect was inside a bar at 45-01 23 Avenue in Queens. Cops said the man tore down a pride flag that was hanging in the bar and ran out.  The NYPD released surveillance video which showed the suspect  walking down the street carrying the stolen flag. The alleged thief is then seen on camera pulling a knife out of his pocket and cutting the flag in half.  Cops said the suspect then began calling the bar where the flag was stolen and threatened workers and unleashed a flurry of anti-gay slurs.  The suspect is described as a male with a light complexion and medium build with dark hair.
