Queens Local News: Teen Sexually Abused While Exiting Bus, NYPD Says

Bus Stop Groper Sought by Cops By Dan Gesslein  Queens Voice  November 25, 2025  QUEENS LOCAL NEWS - A teenage girl was attacked and sexually assaulted as she exited a city bus in Flushing, cops said.  The NYPD released surveillance video of a young man wearing a light blue hoodie whom they are seeking in connection with the attack.  At around 8 pm on November 21, a 15-year-old girl was riding a Q16 MTA bus . Near Utopia Parkway and 22 Avenue the teen got off at a stop. As she exited the bus a male grabbed her from behind, covered her mouth with one hand and grabbed her chest with the other hand. The attacker then ran off.  The suspect is described as a young male with a light complexion, possibly Asian. He was last seen wearing a blue hoodie and black pants. Originally it was believed only two victims were attacked.  Tyquan Manassa , 27, has been arraigned following a frightening, unprovoked attack on commuters at the Union Turnpike–Kew Gardens subway station last Wednesday.
